Petrovietnam Trains on the Application of Artificial Intelligence to Enhance Communication Effectiveness
(PetroTimes) – From February 20 to March 6, 2025, the Vietnam Petroleum Institute in cooperation with the Petrovietnam Human Resource Management Board organized the course “Next Gen AI Communication: Breaking Through to a New Generation of AI-Driven Communication.”
The course “Breaking Through to a New Generation of AI-Driven Communication” was specially designed for the employees of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Party Committee and the Communication and Corporate Culture Department of Petrovietnam, aiming to equip them with comprehensive knowledge and skills in the modern communication cycle, from identifying thematic ideas to creating multimedia communication products such as texts, images, and videos. At the same time, the course also provided updates on the latest trends in the integration of artificial intelligence technology with communication, thereby enhancing the employees’ awareness of the effectiveness of the AI application cycle from conceptualization to multimedia content production; it also presented the newest trends in next-generation communication, employing artificial intelligence to optimize the communication and propaganda activities of both departments.
In addition, the employees can also apply artificial intelligence in developing creative thinking and digital skills to build effective and professional communication and propaganda strategies. With its diverse content and integration of modern technologies, the course not only helps the employees enhance their professional capabilities in communication but also opens up opportunities for development and innovation in the context of rapidly evolving digital communication supported by artificial intelligence.
Sharing his insights during the course, Mr. Nguyen Quang Hung – Deputy Head in charge of the Communication and Corporate Culture Department of Petrovietnam – emphasized the important role of technology, especially artificial intelligence, in modern communication practices. In the context of a robust digital transformation, the application of smart platforms and digital technologies will help optimize communication activities and enhance work efficiency.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Hung affirmed: "The new trend in communication must be associated with digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and other advanced technologies. Therefore, the Communication and Corporate Culture Department of the Group needs to innovate, learn, and enhance its knowledge about technology applications, thereby increasing efficiency and optimizing work processing time."
He also expressed his hope that, in the future, the Vietnam Petroleum Institute will continue to accompany Petrovietnam in sharing knowledge on digital transformation, thereby enhancing professional capabilities and creating an impetus for innovation in the field of corporate communication.
At the end of the course, Doctor Nguyen Van Tu, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Petroleum Institute, expressed his gratitude to the team of staff who participated in the training course, noting that throughout the learning process they actively engaged in discussions and contributed valuable suggestions that helped achieve high effectiveness for the course. Doctor Nguyen Van Tu affirmed that, in the future, the Vietnam Petroleum Institute will continue to intensify research and the application of scientific methods in the field of digital transformation; it will focus on perfecting specialized programs, software, and applications to support the Group’s specialized departments in optimizing management, operations, and work processing.
